Daniel Cruise

Partner, Head Of Renewables
Daniel Cruise has 15+ years of energy finance experience working in both buyside and sellside equity analyst roles. He founded Coras Research, a leading independent oilfield service data firm, prior to co-founding Lium Research.

Daniel has also held research analyst positions at Jefferies, Evercore-ISI, and Wells Fargo Securities. He attended Texas A&M University, graduating with degrees in both accounting and finance.

Joseph Triepke

Partner, Head Of Shale
Joseph Triepke has worked in diverse energy finance roles for 20 years. As a publishing Wall Street analyst, he covered oilfield equities for Jefferies, JP Morgan, and Guggenheim. On the buyside, he helped manage an energy book on Citadel's Surveyor hedge fund platform.

Since 2016, Joseph has focused on producing independent industry research for capital allocators, starting with building the most widely-read market intel resource in the frac supply chain, Infill Thinking, which he continues to manage as a Lium subsidiary as well as now overseeing Lium's shale data service.

He has a finance degree from The University Of Texas At Austin.

Blake Hancock

VP, Business Development
Blake has 10+ years of energy finance experience including corporate finance and sell-side experiences. Most recently he served as Vice President of Finance at Enerflex, which merged with Exterran in October 2022. He joined Exterran in 2018 initially doing Investor Relations and Corporate Development and later assumed responsibility for FP&A and Treasury. Prior to Exterran he worked at Scotia Howard Weil, where he was the Senior Analyst covering Oilfield Services. Blake is a graduate of Stanford University, where he majored in economics.

David Cheng

CFO
David manages operations and finance for Lium and helps to streamline and optimize research processes.

David has worked in equity research for 7 years in the oilfield service space for Jefferies, Evercore ISI, Wells Fargo and Coras Research. Prior to equity research, he has worked in auditing roles at UHY and Camden Property Trust. David graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting and is an actively licensed CPA.
