- This Week. Residential solar permitting remained flat after last weeks big jump. Texas market was strongest this week, particularly in Austin and El Paso.
- Jan / Feb. For January, permits ended up roughly 7% compared to a year ago (down ~20% versus the Q4 average – January is typically the lowest permit month of the year). At this weeks level, February permits would be up 10% compared to the prior year.
