Weekly Observations
- Weekly permits have continued to be strong through October. Still picking up some from last week, but October will likely be record high month when complete
- October is tracking up 17% compared to a year ago.
- Strength has generally been across the board, with Texas an Midcon being standouts (were starting from pretty low base)
- Weekly permits should start coming own seasonally, but should still put Q4 up at least double digits.
